L'illustration de la carte Safewright Cavalry, de l'édition Lorwyn Eclipsed, comporte un clin d'œil : il s'agit en effet de la centième carte illustrée par Milivoj Ceran.

Today is the exactly 10 years since I've got my very first assignment for Magic the Gathering!
And my 100th card was revealed!
So, on the 11th January 2016, I got my very first Magic the Gathering assignment - „Inefabble Blessing“. It was the peak of the 11 years of trying to break in. [...]
It is great coincidence that my 100th assignment was revealed in the same time as this 10th anniversary.
This 100th card is „Safewright Cavalry“, painted for Lorwyn Eclipsed art directed by Samantha Padilla.
[...] But my connection is with this set that it has such a huge milestone - 100th Magic the Gathering assignment. The biggest number of cards/artworks that I painted for any brand or game. [...]

The brief for this one was to paint a heavily armored female elf riding a cervin through the dangerous forest, and wielding a long axe.
And it is revealed just a few days before my 10 years Magic annyversary - it is a 10 years from the first assignment I received on 11 January 2016! That first piece was „Ineffable Blessing“ for Unstable set, and 100th card is „Safewright Cavalry“.
