On the battlefield, i have a Abhorrent Oculus and a Emperor of Bones.

Question 1 :
If i have on the batltlefield, a Grist, the Hunger Tide face down as a 2/2 creature, thanks to my Abhorrent :
Can I return face up the Grist by paying his mana cost ?

Question 2 :
If i have in my graveyard, a Grist.
I declare attack phase, and then, exil the Grist thanks to my Emperor of bones and i decide to pay his "adapt 2" ability to put Grist on the battlefield.
Does the Grist be sacrified at the beginning of my end step ?

J'ai en jeu Kamiz, oculus des Obscura et Empereur d'os que j'ai déjà adapté. Il a donc 2 marqueurs +1/+1 dessus.

Déclaration de ma phase d'attaque. J'attaque avec Empereur d'os. Il connive grâce à Kamiz, oculus des Obscura. Je défausse une carte non terrain et il gagne un marqueur +1/+1.

Questions : La capacité de l'empereur d'os se déclenche-t-elle même s'il a déjà des marqueurs +1/+1 sur lui?
Si oui, est-ce que la créature que je choisis peut être déclarée comme attaquante?
